Makeup artist Anastasia Theochari is sharing with Paulatrendsets.com a makeup tutorial for a warm and glamorous Christmas makeup look, using professional eyemakeup palettes by Studio London.
Step 1
Cleanse and mosturise skin.
Step 2
Choose your foundation to perfectly match your skin tone. Apply and fix it in place with a face powder in the same tone.
Step 3
Apply blush on your cheekbones to give warmth to your complexion. Because this look has bold eye and lip makeup, you would rather use a gentle blush in a brownish earth tone.
Step 4
Apply a light bronze eyeshadow like “Burnished Copper” from the Studio London Custom Eyes Eye Makeup kit on the whole upper eyelid and in a thin line under your lower eyelashes. Then, we use a darker brown shade like “Velvet Truffle” from the same eye makeup kit to outline the eye shape, like you would do with a khol eyeliner. Apply the same eyeshadow also along the eyebone above your eyelid, blending the color to fade it out and make it look natural. Finish the eye makeup with a brown eyeliner along the line of your upper eyelashes and the inside of the lower eyelid and a thick layer of black STUDIO London mascara.
Step 5
Moisturise the lips before you apply a dark bordeaux shade of lipstick. Then take a purple shimmer like the “Amethyst Shimmer Pot” from the Studio London Eye Create Eye Makeup Kit and dab a small quantity on the lips, to give extra shine and a 3D effect to your glamorous Christmas makeup look.
