One thing every girl knows is blue eyeliner goes well with blue eyeshadow; Today I’ll show you an impressive alternative way to wear blue eyeliner all year long. This is a look that make-up artist Voula Karaoli applied on me.
I was quite thoughful when she said she would use purple AND blue for my eye make-up.
As I stared in disbelief, Voula applied a matte, fairly pale purple eyeshadow on my upper eyelid, then my all-time-favourite liquid black eyeliner along the lashline. To finish, she glammed up this simple look by adding glittery, bright blue pencil eyeliner inside and below the lower eyelid. This made the blue eyeliner look feel more natural-looking than an all-blue eye make-up (both eyeshadow and eyeliner in shades of blue)
To me, it looks more sparkling and smart, since it gives the eyes just this little hint of shine they need instead of being too flashy.
